I just talked to Adobe Support for confirming this. Flash CS3 Pro, Device Central CS3, Dreamweaver CS3 and all other Adobe CS3 products now can be ordered from Adobe Online Store.
While Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 and Adobe After Effects CS3 are available as free preview on Adobe Labs.
